One can never be too young for a chemistry lesson, especially when it involves Gelato!
With all of the trappings of a quintessential lab, Ron’s Laboratory serves up the best cold treats in Jakarta. First, milk, cream and sugar are blended in a colorful Kitchen Aid mixer. Then, liquid nitrogen is slowly poured in, freezing the mixture into gelato while creating a smoky, magical effect that your kids will love!
One of the most popular flavors is Red Velvet, consisting of three scoops of red gelato and a cream cheese injection, served in a fake syringe. Another popular flavor is The Breakfast with cornflakes, chocolate rice and nutella swirls. Traditional chocolate is also available, as is an avocado gelato with espresso for the more adventurous eaters.
New flavors are featured every month. Lab coats and protective eyewear are optional!
