Chip Chip Golf is a game-based playgroup introducing the foundation of golf to kids starting at 18 months old.
Hong Kong’s first golfing playgroup offers a range of locations and schedules to nurture your kids’ interests and abilities. Visit the website now!
Chip Chip Golf was founded by Hong Kong Golf Team Captain, Martin Liu. Martin picked up the game at the age of two from his father who is a PGA professional. While Martin has enjoyed a successful competitive career and been involved with the development side of the sport in Hong Kong for years, he had not come across a golf program that was complete and suitable for younger children.
Chip Chip Golf uses a holistic approach to introduce kids to the game, while making friends and (most importantly!) having fun. The program is co-designed with a professional team in early childhood development, sports science and sports psychology, to foster development in three core areas of the sport: motor skills development and hand-eye coordination, knowledge and etiquette, and values and sportsmanship. Your child will start to see, think and act like a golfer.
Golf is not an easy sport, but kids without any prior experience have picked up the basic skills of putting and chipping very quickly in class, and parents say their kids get very excited about attending Chip Chip Golf classes!
Chip Chip Golf offers a variety of public and private classes for different age groups and partners with a selective list of schools to nurture your kids’ ambitions and abilities, all across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Find a class near you and start your golf journey now.
Chip Chip Golf is a great way for toddlers and pre-schoolers to develop a feel for the game and develop some basic golfing skills.
