Spend the afternoon at the Fivelements Habitat Organic Farmer market to directly pick out healthy ingredients for the kitchen. This is a trip the family will enjoy both during and after when the fresh and delicious home-cooke meals are prepared. This organic market is prepared by Adams Ho of organic Fresh Angel Farm in Yuen Long.
The market will host a colourful and healthy variety of strawberries, tomatoes, kale, and more! All of the delicious produce is farmed with love by the local farmers of the “Hong Kong Farmers Pride” collective. This is the perfect way to start the family on a healthy eating train for the new year. The whole family can head on over to the market to pick out the ingredients that they like, and together you can prepare an organic meal at home!
