Hot off the press! The amazing Cronut is a croissant-doughnut pastry and was invented by New York City pastry chef Dominique Ansel in 2013. Now they have arrived here in Hong Kong!
Cronuts can now be found at Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel from May 22 until June 7. Dominique Ansel has put a special twist on the Hong Kong cronut edition, filled with homemade lychee jam and fragrant jasmine ganache, this special cronut will be like no other. The cronuts are priced at HK$48 and each guest can purchase up to six of these pastries.
This bakery bakes their pastries fresh each morning and will be selling their cronuts until their stock lasts so be sure to get their early and plan accordingly. Grab a friend or two to snag these pastries with you!
