Built from stone, onyx, marble, and bamboo, the unusual menu features organic foods and fresh seafood, with an emphasis on flavor. Don’t let the rawness fool you, the dishes are artistic, the crowd is hip and the food is decadent. Clear Cafe is an alcohol-free zone, but they serve a wide variety of scrumptious smoothies and inventive shakes.

Similar to entering a temple or shrine, everyone leaves their shoes outside the restaurant. Adjacent to the restaurant is a small storefront which sells home-made granola, raw chocolate, cookies and crackers.
