Without a doubt, the three 150 million-year-old dinosaur skeletons are the leading stars of the much-anticipated Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum (LKCNHM). These guys are very cool and guess what, there is more!
Beyond the bones, you will find a monumental spread of the history of life on earth, from the microscopic to the colossal. With two floors of approximately 500,000 Southeast Asian animal and plant specimens, the museum can get a bit overwhelming for first-time visitors. Trust us, you will be back again and again!
The museum is the first of its kind here and we love how the gallery takes a “specimen-based” approach in the presentation of its exhibits. Very cool!
The LKCNHM is a museum for the general public, scientists, and students alike to appreciate and learn about the biodiversity of the Southeast Asia region over time.
Be sure to purchase your admission tickets beforehand. Tickets are not sold onsite as they can only be purchased from SISTIC, either online or through its authorized agents.
