    News-O-Matic is a subscription-based app, with a 1 week free trial period for a monthly subscription, and young users receive a daily top 5 news bulletins. Ideal for children aged 6-14 years, the news articles are concise and relevant. They cover topics such as technology, politics, fashion, space, science and sports, while a child psychologist reviews and safeguards the content to be appropriate. They also offer 3 different reading levels, as well as a “read to me” audio option. Some, though not all, of the articles, include an option for audio, Spanish translation, and selecting reading ability levels. Your newsy munchkins may even be motivated to write their own news articles after reading some of the articles written by the Time for Kids Kid Reporters!
