Having trouble with the postnatal motivation to break out of the ‘baby cave’? Have no fear, dear. Hong Kong’s version of a wonderfully simple and fun mom-and-baby exercise concept has arrived, and not a minute too soon! Bring your baby and your buggy and head to BabyCircuit, the class that brings moms and babies together for a rewarding workout session. The power hour classes focus on a full-body work out for moms, targeting areas that need special attention after pregnancy and birth.
BabyCircuit founder, Sarah, is a post-natal fitness expert and a mom herself. During the session, she provides a play area for the babies – full of toys and nursery rhymes – while she leads the moms in circuit training. After circuit training, exercises incorporate the buggy and your baby, showing you how you can bond with your baby and tone up simultaneously.
Currently offering classes in Sai Kung and Happy Valley, BabyCircuit is expanding to Stanley and Pokfulam at the end of October. Private group sessions are also available. Classes are limited to 12 Moms…so sign up gals!
Who knew that having a baby could make workouts so fun?
A play date with some muscles! Baby bonding, socializing, and toning – what more does a new mom want?
Any and all pram-pushing moms (sorry, dads) and their babes. All fitness levels and all shapes and sizes are welcome and encouraged!
Try a class for free! If you love it, stock up. Packages come in a set of 8 or 16 sessions.
