
Curious about going vegetarian but don’t know where or how to start? Fret not, All About You Wellness Centre is hosting a fantastic workshop called Secrets To A Wholesome Vegetarian Diet. This workshop will answer all the questions you may have, and it will also provide you with information you may not have even known you needed.
Shaira Sakhrani, a certified health coach, will address common concerns that people have about going vegetarian. She will teach you how to incorporate proteins, B12, and iron into your diet, so that you can remain healthy and sustain your diet. Shaira will also show you how to avoid overeating carbohydrates and how to make your meals interesting.
If you’ve been considering the vegetarian diet for a while, this workshop may tip the scales for you. Tickets are priced at HK$180 per person and can be purchased here.
