This August, participate in the midsummer affair of wagashi making. Wagashi is a delicious and traditional Japanese confectionery said to be the ‘flowers of Japanese food culture.’ Brought to you by Maison Huit in collaboration with Hiyappon, the workshop will consist of the making of wagashi in two distinct summer styles: the ‘Bird’ and ‘Peony.’
The making of these colorful and culturally relevant confectionaries will make for a memorable and enjoyable culinary experience with the kids! This workshop is priced at HK$400 per person. Online payment is not accepted. Instead, non-refundable methods of bank deposit, PayMe, and cash in person will be accepted.
To ensure the hygiene and safety of all participants, all used equipment will be thoroughly sanitized before use. Instructors and all participants will also be required to wear masks during the workshop.
