Haunted Village In New Territories, Hong KongSo Lo Pun is one of the oldest villages in the New Territories, located within Plover Cove Country Park, and has been abandoned since the 1980s. There is some eerie mystery why the village suddenly became deserted. Some locals claim a health pandemic swept through the town, and some claim that many villagers died on their way to a wedding in a boat accident, and overnight, the rest of the village became abandoned.
