Faust International Youth Theatre offers an exciting and educational opportunity through its Student Leader positions. This internship is for those who love drama, creativity, and working with younger children. Designed for current drama students aged 16 and above, this part-time internship-style role gives teens hands-on leadership experience in the performing arts while supporting real theatre workshops.

Student Leaders report to the Staff Co‑ordinator or General Manager and work closely with Group Leaders (GLs) to introduce children to the world of theatre. They help lead games and smaller activities, support group management and discipline, contribute ideas to weekly sessions, and assist with workshop planning. In addition, they take photos, support rehearsals, and help prepare for productions at the Faust Festival, including costumes, scripts, props, and even technical elements like sound and lighting cues.
