Singapore, meet your newest obsession: flowering ice cream by Atlr.72®, straight from Japan and here for a limited-time pop-up that’s guaranteed to turn heads. Inspired by Kyoto’s famous floral cones, this version stands on its own with vibrant presentation, sustainable ingredients, and surprising flavour depth — all served from a pastel-pink food truck with serious charm.
Crafted by Japanese food giant Ajinomoto Co., these picture-perfect scoops aren’t just for show. They’re made using Solein®, a nutrient-rich, microbial protein that supports both human health and environmental wellness. Packed with amino acids, iron, and vitamin B12, Solein® also gives the ice cream its signature golden hue from natural carotenoids — a nod to the earth element in Chinese philosophy.
From now to April 16, 2025, find the Atlr.72® food truck parked at Bugis Junction Fountain Square, serving three beautifully curated flavours of flowering ice cream:
Vanilla with mochi (contains dairy): Smooth vanilla creaminess meets soft, chewy Japanese rice cake for a comforting, nostalgic bite.
Chocolate with lemon peel (non-dairy): Made with coconut milk, this chocolate base is lifted by zesty lemon peel and a touch of bittersweet complexity.
Salty caramel with nuts (non-dairy): Toasted caramel, a hint of salt, and rich macadamia nuts come together in an oat milk base that’s indulgent and balanced.
Single Scoop: SG$7
Double Scoop: SG$13
Each serving is artfully decorated with colorful 3D cookies shaped like flowers and birds, adding more than just aesthetics — they represent Atlr.72®’s message of “leaving a beautiful nature and planet for the future.”
