The sky’s the limit for organic farms in Hong Kong! Located in Ngau Tau Kok in Kowloon, HK Farm, is Hong Kong’s first rooftop farm.
The local organization of aspiring farmers, artists and designers as founded by Michael Leung after a three-month stint working at the world’s largest rooftop farm, Brooklyn Grange, in New York. HK Farm offers several activities such as rooftop farm visits and private tours, planter making workshops, and rooftop farmers’ markets.
Take a tour and let the kids pick out organic vegetables and herbs, including cherry tomatoes, sweet and Thai basil, string beans, rosemary, lemon balm mint, okra, chili peppers and more to take home!
It lays the foundation of urban agriculture and rooftop farming in the city.
Eco-friendly mamas and papas seeking locally produced organic foods.
