Delicious Food At The Cotton Tree Terrace

We started with the tangy and fresh coconut crab salad, creamy burrata, crisp baby gem salad, followed by some of the best pizzas we've had in Hong Kong baked in their nearby wood-fired oven. The Murray Pizza topped with caviar, mozzarella, crab meat, cauliflower mousse, lemon, and baby spinach was beautifully inventive and the La Margherita was a firm crowd-pleaser. You can also choose from a range of delicious mains, like the crab linguine pasta, maccheroncini or mushroom and truffle pasta ragout, their grilled salmon with sauté French beans, almond, baked shallot, and dill cream cheese sauce. Make sure to save space for their decadent desserts: the chocolate delight with its rich 64% dark chocolate ganache, Tonka beans crumble, and chocolate gelato, or the espresso tiramisu paired with ristretto ice cream. Their wonderfully zesty passion fruit cheesecake is also a must.

There are set menus also available, which include 3 courses (appetizer or soup, main, and dessert) for HK$598 per person.

So round up the girls and enjoy happy hour at the Cotton Tree Terrace on Monday and Tuesday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on drinks like refreshing craft beers, sparkling wines, rosés like Whispering Angel (our favorite!) and more!
