  • Southern Ridges Walk in Singapore

    JUSTMOVE ASIA CHALLENGE

    Don't let the title of the activity hold you back, but this would be the perfect tour of nature in Singapore for you and kids to embark on. How does it work? Simply register for a challenge and provide evidence that you have done it. The evidence can be a screenshot of your running app showing the map, time of the walk/run, and kilometers ran.     There's nothing like an art and food self-guided walking tour with the family during this time. This trail is about exploring the Katong-Joo Chiat neighborhood that showcases the Peranakan culture. Explore the murals within the neighborhood that tell a story about the history of Katong and Joo Chiat. This trail features 2 routes, a short route and a long route. Both routes are easy to maneuver even for the little tots. You can easily pick up food and snacks at the various eateries along the way too!   • Sungei Buloh Wetland Park In Singapore

    SUNGEI BULOH WETLAND RESERVE

    Another walk for nature loving families, the Sungei Buloh walking tour will take you right into the heart of Singapore’s abounding natural beauty. Sungei Buloh is a wetland reserve home to animals such as kingfishers, mudskippers and monitor lizards all year round. During the Northern hemisphere’s winter months (September to March), it also welcomes thousands of migratory birds escaping the cold to play in the warm muddy mangroves. Sungei Buloh offers a chance for the whole family to lay eyes on animals rarely seen in the concrete jungle of the city and delight in all that Tropical Wetlands have to offer. Sungei Buloh Walks run on Saturdays from 9:30am to 11am and are limited to 20 people, so be sure to register. While usually run in English, once a month the tours are offered in Mandarin or Japanese as well.
