SwapForEarth Festival For A More Sustainable Singapore

A Local Sustainable Festival

2020 Sep 12

Sustainability is not a trend, it’s a much-needed shift in values for both consumers and businesses. Brought to you by EarthFest and Swapaholic, #Swap4Earth is a festival devoted to swapping mindsets and behaviors towards a more sustainable Singapore! Get ready to learn (and unlearn), disconnect from your social media to connect with like-minded individuals, empathize and then take action to strengthen integration to our planet and the people.

The fashion industry has a big part to play, since it’s often pointed to as the second most polluting industry on the planet next to oil and gas, and has recently been found to be responsible for 5% of global carbon emissions. Swap your clothes and pick some great wardrobe finds at these busy little sessions. Thoughts, ideas, plants, beauty items, and books can be swapped too to slow down the pace of global warming. In a nutshell, grab the opportunity to swap ideas, innovations, hacks, and behaviors to play for Team Earth. The event is 100% non-profit with the intention of integrating Singapore residents to one another and our shared environment.

Do you pledge to swap your mindsets and actions for the earth? If you’re also on Team Earth, post a photo of yourself and #Swap4Earth
