Held at the Aliwal Arts Centre (AAC) and Aliwal Carpark, this adrenaline-pumping festival is a vibrant part of Singapore Art Week. Packed with street culture goodness, it promises everything from graffiti and skateboarding to immersive workshops and live performances. Organised by Arts House Limited, AUAF 2025 is where art, music, and urban creativity collide!
Festival Highlights
- TAILORED: Bore & Stroke Exhibition: Explore the fascinating interplay between automotive customisation and urban culture. Curated by The Block A Collective, the exhibit features works by creatives like TraseOne, Metamo Industries, and Mad Rat Inc. Don’t miss workshops on airbrushing and poster design led by the artists themselves!
- Live Graffiti Action: Watch the AAC’s walls come alive as regional graffiti masters create stunning murals in real-time. Feeling inspired? Join RSCLS’s graffiti try-outs or take the alternative walking tour, D’TOUR, to explore Kampong Gelam through an artistic lens.
- Skateboarding Thrills: Head to Aliwal Carpark for beginner-friendly skateboarding sessions with safety gear provided. Catch the high-energy competition organised by SkateSG featuring dynamic obstacles!
- Creators Marketplace: Shop unique finds at 15-20 curated booths and take part in exciting raffles with irresistible prizes.
- Live Performances: Groove to live DJ sets by Red Kite Music and dynamic dance showcases curated by Singapore’s Darren Toh. End the day jamming to fantastic beats and electrifying performances.
