Hong Kong’s Newest Mexican Restaurant: Uncle Miguel

Hot Off The Press! There’s a new Mexican restaurant in town! Head over to Peel Street in Soho with your friends for a lively and fun group gathering, with some tasty margaritas to wash down the delicious food.

On the menu: chips and salsa or guacamole are a must to kick the night off, or just dive into the loaded nachos which come with a choice of chicken or beef as well as jalapeños, pico de Gallo and more! The Elote – Mexican-style street corn – is a must, or if you want to keep it light, order the fresh and tangy ceviche made with the day’s seafood. Their signature salad is made of Mexican cactus, tomato, onion, chili, corn, cheese and coriander and served with crisp tortilla chips. Mains are hearty and not to be missed and include the Mexican classics we all know and love: quesadillas (choice of chicken, beef or pork), fajitas (choice of chicken, beef or shrimp) and the enchiladas rojas, which are fresh corn tortillas stuffed with chicken in salsa roja, sour cream, melted cheese and onion. Save room for dessert and for their crispy churros!
