‘Pang Ko’, which means Beautiful Island is a small island off Malaysia. A mountainous island, it’s encircled by a road which is the only way to get around. It’s a 3-hour drive from KL and 85km from Ipoh.
The weather is tropical all year round making it perfect for a long weekend away or a few day more in the school holidays. There’s lots to see and do from hiring bikes to explore the island at your own pace, eating freshly grilled seafood by the beach, or visiting the dutch fort.
A lovely island where you can forget about city life and chill out. Lots for the kids to do, this is a fun place to stay for a few days.
Island adventurers! Although it most popular with honeymooners - families are invited and will enjoy this little paradise.
About 30,000 people live on the island so take the time to explore some of the small villages as well as the main town.
