1. What’s It About? Ride and Ralk for Rainbows is an annual fundraising event that supports children with major chronic illnesses and their families. This year, we’re introducing the Ralk category to unite cycling, running, and walking enthusiasts.

2. Let’s Ralk! Join the 10KM Ralk in the physical category, combining running and walking. Be a part of this unique concept, spreading joy and hope.

3. Let’s Ride! For cycling enthusiasts, there are 20km and 60km ride options. Team up with Ralkers and fellow riders to make a bigger impact.

4. Let’s Go Virtual! Prefer virtual events? Take part in the 300km Virtual Ride category from July 1st to September 24th. Ride at your pace, anywhere you choose.
