The Curious Adventure of The Salaryman

Join in for an interactive literary trail that takes you through East Coast Park, West Coast Park, and the National Library Building in a multi-sensory reading experience like no other. Led by a digital protagonist navigating his own adventure to reinvent himself and disrupt his tiresome routine, daring explorers will be invited to embark on journeys of self-discovery inspired by the festival theme. Ready to go? All you’ll need is your smartphone, a good pair of shoes, and a taste for the unexpected.

Big Book Giveaway

The Big Book Giveaway (BBG) is an annual community event by the National Library Board where pre-loved books can be taken home for free. This year, BBG is traveling out into the community to spread the joy of reading!

Read for Books

Share the gift of reading with the less privileged by participating in Read for Books, a charity book donation drive happening from July 10 – 26, 2021! For every 10 people who read for 15 minutes, one book will be donated to selected beneficiaries.
