The Piccolo set menu has several choices of pasta or pizza, followed by a scoop of ice cream all washed down with a soft drink of your kiddos choice. Dine inside or outside, depending on the weather.

If you like chicken head to Nando’s. They’ve got burgers, wraps, salads and pitta’s plus much more! If you need catering for a party they will put together great platters for you too. Whenever we have guests in town they always ask to come here. Experiencing the real Singapore is what they like to do. From tasting delicious cereal prawns to spicy stingray and salt and pepper squid (not on the menu just ask) this place will leave you wanting to try more. Take the family down on a Friday night for a relaxed place to eat, drink and watch the world go by. Plastic plates and knives and forks on hand for little fingers.

A trip to the East Coast is not complete without a visit to 328. This infamous shop serves up hot and spicy laksa all night long. They have two locations both air conditioned, perfect for a quick midweek bite with the family.

Like two peas in a pod, dumplings and kids go together perfectly. Try the delicious steamed pork dumplings or their warming chicken soup for a hearty lunch and full tummies. Watch the chefs make the dumplings fresh from scratch as you wait for your table. Many hands certainly make plenty of delicious pouches of yumminess!

For an afternoon treat head to the scrummy Ninethirty. Be prepared for little hands to be smothered in gooey goodness. If mummy needs an afternoon caffeine fix they have an extensive menu of teas and coffee.

Quite possibly the happiest place on East Coast Road. Indulge in syrup drizzled waffles loaded with yummy ice cream and as many sprinkles as you can imagine. While the kids enjoy their sugar high, Daddy can enjoy a craft beer!

For a relaxing Sunday brunch, a family lunch or date night this is the perfect place to go. Try the beef wellington -possibly the best we’ve had! Afterwards head next door to the Trenchard Arms for a relaxing drink. They also have beautiful British themed hotel rooms perfect for visiting family.
