Chinese New Year Celebrations At Ocean Park!

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with an abundance of joy at Ocean Park! Kick off the new year with a bang at Waterfront Plaza with the Fortune Dragon Drums, where you can drum up auspicious goodwill and wish for prosperity. Immerse yourself in the journey of Dazzling Neon Lights Up Old Hong Kong, as you explore the streetscape adorned with stylish new neon signs and enjoy nostalgic snacks. Experience the debut of the brand new All Stars Jam show, featuring Whiskers and Friends forming a band called Ocean 6N1.

The Scoop:

• Old Hong Kong has been transformed into a vibrant sight, illuminated by colorful neon lights. Explore nostalgic snack stalls and enjoy live performances of popular songs and classic hits. An interactive surprise guest awaits you in Old Hong Kong, and by completing designated tasks, you will receive Bingo cards to participate in the Starlight Bingo Game held in the evening.
  • Dazzling Starlit Street: Located near Old Hong Kong Tram, this event takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 10th February to 3rd March 2024, starting at 5:00 pm.
  • Dance Jam: Located near Old Hong Kong Tram, this event occurs every Monday to Friday from 10th February to 3rd March 2024, with performances at 5:00 pm and 6:15 pm.
  • Starlight Bingo Game: Held near Old Hong Kong Tram, this game runs from 10th February to 3rd March 2024, starting at 6:30 pm.
  • Neon Lighting Show: from 10th February to 3rd March 2024, starting at 6:00 pm.

• Fortune Dragon Drums: Visit the Fortune Dragon Drums at Waterfront Plaza, where a majestic golden dragon hovers above a large lucky drum, reaching a height of nearly 5 meters! Join in the rhythmic percussion by playing the multiple drums, spreading good fortune as you welcome the new year.
• Dragon and Lion Dance Fiesta: No Lunar New Year celebration is complete without traditional festive performances. Witness the Roaring Dragon Dance as it gracefully weaves through the sky above the Waterfront, bestowing good luck and prosperity upon all.
• New Year Variety Showtime: The Dragon Year Laugh-in presents a hilarious performance that will leave you chuckling. Keep an eye out for the God of Fortune and his companions, who will make appearances during the Good Fortune Parade!
