Registration is now open for the Pokémon Run in Hong Kong 2024! This family-friendly event is suitable for kids aged 3 and above and participants of all skill levels!
With three different race distances and various categories to choose from, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Individuals can opt for the 5km or 3km races, while the Team of 2 category allows participants to join forces with a friend or family member for both distances. For those looking for a shorter distance, there is a 1.5km option available in both the individual and Family Team of 2 categories. This option is perfect for adults teaming up with children aged 3 or above, creating a fun-filled family sports experience. Upon registration, you will receive a runner’s pack containing Pokémon-themed accessories and goodies, like a runner tee, finisher towel, multifunctional mat, drawstring bag, runner bib, sun visor and more!
Every participant who completes the race will receive an e-certificate of completion and a Pokémon Finisher Medal!
A highlight of the day is definitely the Pokémon Run Carnival where participants will have the chance to engage in various Pokémon-themed activities. The carnival includes a Pokémon Meet and Greet session, where attendees can get up close and personal with popular Pokémon characters like Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Of course, Pikachu will also be present to meet and greet all the enthusiastic fans. There will also be multiple game booths, allowing participants to indulge in the world of Pokémon.
Excitement awaits with the presence of a 6-meter-tall inflatable Pikachu, as well as other inflatable Pokémon figures and Pokémon-themed photo spots.
The event sponsor, Sun Life, has always been committed to promoting care and support for those in need within the community. As part of this commitment, participants in the event have the option to make a voluntary donation to Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power, a charitable organization dedicated to providing rehabilitation services for individuals with physical and hearing disabilities, chronic diseases, and mental illnesses.
