Sarah is the founding director and clinical supervisor of Focus2, with nearly two decades of counseling and coaching experience. After nearly ten years in the US public health sector, she relocated to Hong Kong, where she specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Holding a Master’s in Social Science (Counseling) from HKU, Sarah integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices, including EMDR. As an expat and mother, she emphasizes self-relationship and community support.
