  • Couples therapy and Relationship coaching (PACT)

Sarah will offer active tools for self-inquiry, emotional regulation and de-escalation. She teaches clients how to change habits and confront self criticism with a new internal voice that is compassionate but fiercely honest. Most importantly, FOCUS² Intelligent Therapy recognizes that everyone is unique and what works for one person may not work for another. You will create your own program and treatment plan with Sarah or her team.

  • Gaelle Daffner is the online French provider who is well trained in somatic work.
