The Hong Kong Cancer Fund is organizing its annual "Stride for a Cure" on June 28, 2026. The purpose of this event is to raise funds for local cancer research and provide free professional cancer care services while promoting an active lifestyle in the community. The event will include 5km or 10km walking routes around the park, starting and ending at Hong Kong International School. Participants can take part as individuals, families, or groups and it is suitable for all. Registration is currently open online, with three categories available: family, group, and individual. Even those who cannot participate physically can support the event by making donations online. Register by May 22, 2026.

The Rotary Hong Kong Ultra Marathon & Polio Eradication Charity Walk, organised by Rotary District 3450, is a great opportunity to do just that. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link Cycling Path and Tseung Kwan O Promenade, the event encourages health and well-being while raising funds for the Polio Eradication and Other Diseases Project Fund under The Rotary Foundation. With options including individual races, relays, and a charity walk from 5km onwards, there’s something for everyone. Registration starts from HK$180, and all participants will receive a free souvenir, with medals and cash awards presented to category winners.
Join the Weez Walk from now until March 1, 2026, a meaningful event supporting youth mental health in Hong Kong. This 62km route, divided into six family-friendly stages, offers something for everyone—from scenic coastal trails and countryside climbs to urban harborside strolls. Participants can complete the walk in stages or take on the full route in one go, making it perfect for all ages and abilities.
Founded to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health, the Weez Walk brings families, schools, and corporate teams together to support Mind HK’s iACT programme, providing free psychological counseling for young people in need.

Pici’s Pasta Run returns for its sixth year, bigger and better than ever, offering a fun-filled day along Hong Kong’s stunning harbourfront. Runners of all ages can choose between a 5K or 10K route, donning sporty gear or creative costumes, as they jog between Pici locations and soak in the waterfront views. The highlight? A satisfying feast of handmade pasta awaits at the finish line! This year, the event supports Mind HK, a local mental health charity, with proceeds going toward accessible mental health programs. In collaboration with lululemon, the run will also include secondary school students from Mind HK’s youth initiatives, inspiring connection and movement in the next generation.
The Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon returns in November 2026, featuring the Family Fun Ride—a perfect weekend activity for families. You can now register for the annual Oxfam Trailwalker, the largest hiking fundraising event in Hong Kong. Beginning at Pak Tam Chung in Sai Kung and ending at Harrow International School Hong Kong in Tuen Mun, it will feature the traditional 100-km route and a special 40-km "40th Anniversary Edition" route for less experienced hikers. Funds collected through the Oxfam Trailwalker (OTW) will support both local and international poverty alleviation initiatives. These projects range from offering emergency relief to enhancing the livelihoods of those impacted by poverty. All participants must be 18 years or over.
