A Fun New Way To Hone Your Child's Memory, Time Management & Leadership Abilities
Superpowers Academy is an online coaching program that comes to the rescue by helping your child learn the critical life skills that are often overlooked in a modern school curriculum. Skills like time management, how to communicate effectively, the secrets of studying, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and how to take control of your own brain and emotions. “Superpowers” that operate under the radar as we get older, enabling us to be better and more effective students, bosses, and friends.
Superpowers Academy follows a 7-step S.U.C.C.E.S.S framework that helps equip young people with these critically important skills:
- Start: Kick off – ice breakers and review
- Understand: Explore new concepts
- Challenge: Physical challenges – push ups, sit ups, etc.
- Coach: Unlock powerful tools used by top performers around the world – Pomodoro, Kanban, etc.
- Explore: Practical activities requiring intense concentration
- Sensory Moment: Explore the 5 senses and build the vocabulary to express them
- Silence: Meditation, breathwork, and reflection
Online coaching sessions are 60 minutes each. There are 3 separate modules (concentration, time management, and communication) with 5 sessions in each module. Courses are split into Juniors (ages 7-9) and Seniors (ages 10-12).
The teachers at Superpowers Academy have dozens of years of combined experience in education and coaching. Let them whip your child into tip-top shape!
