At the Children’s Discovery Museum, there’s a fantastic new exhibit called the Scaling our World! It’s located in the Tinkering Lab section of the museum, and it offers kids an interactive learning experience to explore the relationship of size between a model and the real thing.
This exhibit is fabulous for the little kiddos who want to find out more about the work of architects, engineers, and designers. All of whom are people that use scaled models and drawings to understand the world better and apply their knowledge to the real deal. The kids will get to experiment hands-on with scale and build their very own models.
The kids will be able to join in on fun activities, including creating a shadow city, space planning, and working a pantograph, to name a few! This exhibit is free to enter upon the purchase of a general admission ticket here.
Take the kids to see the Scaling Our World exhibit at the Children's Discovery Museum!
