When Lorenzo Antinori — the creative force behind Bar Leone, crowned second Best Bar in the World 2024 — announces a new venture, expectations soar! And with Montana, his latest collaboration with bartending legend Simone Caporale (of Barcelona’s SIPS fame), we expect nothing short of magic.

Set to open this summer 2025 at 108 Hollywood Road in Hong Kong (a few steps away from Bar Leone), Montana promises to be more than just a cocktail bar — it’s a vibe, a rhythm, and a celebration of everything that makes a night unforgettable.

Inspired by the golden age of Cuban cocktails and the sun-drenched hedonism of 1970s Miami, Montana is all about hospitality, craftsmanship, and rhythm. Think rum-soaked nights, neon lights, salsa grooves colliding with disco beats, and cocktails layered with creativity and soul.

The menu is a love letter to Latin classics reimagined — a Santa Marta Daiquiri made to a 1930s recipe, a smoky Piña Colada slushy with barbecued pineapple, and a Rum & Coke Sour that’s pure nostalgia with a twist. Every drink tells a story, and every night is its own soundtrack.
