As reported by the South China Morning Post (SCMP), Hong Kong authorities are offering a host of freebies and promotions to encourage residents to vote in the upcoming Legislative Council (Legco) election. The initiatives, announced by Chief Secretary Eric Chan Kwok-ki, aim to boost voter turnout and foster a festive atmosphere during the election period.
