Omnia – meaning “wish” in Arabic – is a new Lebanese restaurant bringing the warmth and richness of Levantine cuisine to Hong Kong. Led by Chef Nadim Hamze (who founded Sumac), Omnia is a heartfelt tribute to tradition, innovation, and sustainability, offering a refined yet soulful dining experience.

The interiors evoke the charm of Lebanon with handcrafted tiles, which you would find in traditional Lebanese homes, and artwork depicting the historic port of Jbeil, while the two-level space offers both a lively counter for quick mezze and an intimate lower floor beneath Levantine-style arches, perfect for longer meals with family or friends.

The menu is vibrant and generous, featuring beloved Lebanese staples like hummus, baba gannouj, labneh, tabbouleh, falafel and kibbeh, alongside exciting modern touches such as black chickpea hummus with portobello mushrooms and salmon kibbeh. Grilled mains like shish taouk, kafta, and kebabs are perfectly charred and full of flavor, best enjoyed with bold sides like the signature spicy potatoes.
