Yin Yang first opened in Wanchai in 2008 and its Chinese cuisine that brought local and organic food to the table met with much acclaim. Now celebrated Chef Margarent Xu Yuan is cooking up original recipes in a beachfront house in Ting Kau Village in Tsuen Wan, focussing on old Hong Kong fishing village cuisine.
