Louis Vuitton has partnered with Bar Leone, crowned the World’s Best Bar in 2025, to bring an exclusive pop-up bar experience to Hong Kong. This collaboration celebrates the grand opening of Louis Vuitton’s Lee Gardens store and pays homage to the iconic Yum Sing Bar, a legendary nightlife destination from Hong Kong’s past.

The pop-up bar, located in the basement of Lee Garden 1 in Causeway Bay, draws inspiration from the golden era of the Yum Sing Bar, which operated from 1971 to 1993. Known for its cocktails, live music, and relaxed British-Chinese decor, Yum Sing Bar was a vibrant hub for locals and international visitors alike. Government officials, celebrities, and nightlife aficionados flocked to its warm atmosphere, making it an enduring symbol of Hong Kong’s cosmopolitan heyday.

In this tribute, Lorenzo Antinori and Bar Leone have crafted an exclusive menu of cocktails and mocktails inspired by the spirit of the Yum Sing Bar. Guests can also enjoy a curated selection of food sets designed to elevate the experience.

To enhance the indulgence, guests are required to order one set from the Special Food Menu during their visit:

• Prestige Set (HK$1,600): Includes Prunier Oscietre Caviar (15g), a glass of Dom Perignon 2015, scallop, Balik salmon, ham roll, lobster, and foie gras.
• Deluxe Set (HK$800): Features scallop, Balik salmon, ham roll, lobster, and foie gras.
• Premium Set (HK$700): Includes caviar (15g) and a soft-boiled egg.
• Guests may choose a different set upon arrival.
