  • It’s Free!  Admission is free for children aged 14 and under. Adults must accompany children aged 12 and below.

    Jacob Ballas Children's Garden features three exciting play areas designed for adventure and learning. The two playgrounds in the Eastern wing invite kids to indulge in sand pits, water play (see above), and climbing structures, while the Western wing offers a nature playground full of fun.

      • Sand Playground: Perfect for digging and creativity.
      • Treehouse Playground: Includes slides, climbing features, and the thrill of feeling like Tarzan, all nestled among the majestic Indian Banyan trees.
      • Water Play: A refreshing spot for splash-filled fun, ideal for kids aged 2 to 12.  See above for info!
    • Western Wing Highlights And Play At Jacob Ballas Children's Garden:
      • Nature Playground: Features an elevated swing rope bridge, a flying fox, and climbing ropes, providing a unique perspective of the surrounding trees.
      • Trampoline and Nest Swing: Enjoy bouncy fun and relaxing swings for all abilities.
      • Farm and Woodpecker Sculpture: Visit the farm to see crops like corn and basil, and spot the rumped woodpecker sculpture as you explore.

    • By Car: Follow directions to the NUS Bukit Timah Campus. Parking is available.
    • By Bus: Take SBS Bus No. 48, 66, 151, 153, 154, 156, 170, 186, or SMRT Bus No. 67, 171.
    • By MRT: Alight at Botanic Gardens Station and enjoy a 10-minute walk to the garden.
