Set within the brand-new lifestyle destination WEAVE, this two-storey boutique café promises a full-on sensory journey of sweet indulgence. Known globally as the “Picasso of Pastry,” Hermé brings his signature flair to Singapore with not just his beloved classics but bold, exclusive creations crafted just for this location.
Step into a chic pâtisserie wonderland where Hermé’s famed macarons and pastries are just the beginning. You’ll find a dedicated chocolate counter, a French-style barista area, and for the first time ever—two world-first concepts: a Pierre Hermé Ice Cream Bar and a French-meets-Asian Bubble Tea collection featuring inventive flavours like Ispahan, Satine, and Jardin de Pierre. Highlights include the Trick The Eye pastry—an imaginative peanut butter French toast with unexpected layers and textures—and over 18 macaron flavours such as chado (matcha and yuzu) and mogador (milk chocolate and passionfruit).
For a sit-down treat, head to La Table by Pierre Hermé, the boutique’s full-service restaurant offering plated desserts and curated dining experiences. The new boutique also features thoughtful touches like a Furoshiki stand, where guests can wrap their goodies in beautiful Japanese-style reusable fabric. Can’t wait?
