Step Into The Link Malls x Moomin Summer Adventure

This summer, the beloved Moomins are bringing joy and whimsy to Link’s flagship malls in Hong Kong! From July 19 to September 7, the “LINK x Moomin Summer Adventure” invites fans of all ages to immerse themselves in enchanting Moomin-themed worlds, exclusive collectibles, and meaningful charity initiatives.
Each of Link’s shopping malls will feature unique, immersive installations inspired by the Moomin universe:
- Lok Fu Place: Marvel at towering 3-metre inflatable Moomin and Snufkin figures alongside the iconic blue Moominhouse. Don’t miss the playful Hattifatteners wobbling throughout the space. There will also be an exclusive pop-up offering over 200 official Moomin items, including limited-edition collectibles and lifestyle merchandise. Don’t forget the Charity Piano Marathon on August 2, where you can enjoy an 8-hour musical marathon featuring professional pianists and students performing summer-themed pieces. All proceeds benefit the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
- T Town: Embark on a magical Moomin boat ride with captivating light and sound displays, bringing the charm of Moomin Valley to life.
- Kai Tin Shopping Centre: Discover Hong Kong’s first-ever giant “itabag” filled with Moomin figures and snap photos with stunning, interactive displays.
- Across all malls: Moomin Figure Adoption (August 2 – September 7): Donate to the Children’s Cancer Foundation and take home an official Moomin figure from the installations.
- Celebrate Moomin’s Day with meet-and-greet events at six Link malls. Snap photos with the Moomin mascot and share your joy on social media to receive a limited-edition Moomin gift (while supplies last).
