With Superfly Monkey Dragons, participants can learn the fundamentals of parkour from experienced practitioners through carefully thought-out classes which incorporate exercises to strengthen the body and to develop control, coordination and balance.
Superfly Monkey Dragons shows that parkour can be for everyone, offering instruction in a safe and supportive environment. The organisation has strong values which include leaving no trace and respecting the environment and community where they practice; having an open mind and believing that anything is possible; and teamwork, ensuring that those who start together will finish together, and be stronger together.

Superfly Dragon Monkeys offers exploratory family classes that encourage confidence in kids, while developing motor and social skills and inspiring a joy of movement. Children will learn basic exercises and techniques fundamental to developing not only parkour movements but strength, coordination and resilience. Safety in these classes is always a priority.
