Being outdoors offers plenty of opportunities for children to seek answers beyond books, and helps them develop their large motor skills, muscles and strength.
Within the campus of Kinderland Academy at Yio Chu Kang lies a unique outdoor landscape where children can witness the wonder of nature. A gardener and school landscaper guide the Kinderland children to plant seedlings and harvest vegetables including bak choi and choy sum. Kinderland children then cook and eat the yummy crops from the field in the school’s self-help kitchenette.
Whether it’s in an outdoor or indoor environment, learning is always taking place at Kinderland!
