Brown Butter Cafe In Singapore For Avocado Fans!
Café Especially For Avocado Lovers!
Brown Butter is the latest café creation from the crew who founded Hana Japanese Restaurant and Benjamin Browns. Opening in March 2020, Brown Butter focuses on healthy, fresh, aesthetically pleasing food, and is an avocado lover’s dream! The menu has a good mix of sweet and savory items that will sure to be a hit with both the kids and adults. Think pancakes, waffles, burgers, and fries where avocado is the key ingredient! You will also find menu items with a Japanese influence like fish bowls and salmon mentaiko cheese. The stars of the menu though, are the Over The Top (OTT) smoothies (available in avocado, beetroot, corn, and watermelon flavors) and the cheesecake desserts, which are fashioned in the shape of mini-blocks of cheese! Not only will the kids want to take some snaps of their food, but they will enjoy the pink and teal cafe decor and have fun posing on the plush lounges and in front of the wall full of flowers.
