Hart Tan

Hart Tan established Tomato Photo in 2008 and specializes in children's lifestyle  photography, creating timeless portraits of family moments.

Tan believes his biggest strength is knowing how to make people forget about their worries and enjoy their time with their family when they have their family portrait taken. He says, "As an accredited master photographer, I have good technical skills. and have learnt enough to handle any situation so I can create meaningful portraits."

Elaine Lim

Elaine Lim is the Creative Director of White Room Studio, which she founded with her brother Dan in 2009. The studio is renowned for its use of natural light and the resulting fine-art photographs. "I accidentally discovered a burning passion in fine art photography when I purchased a film SLR during a backpacking hiking trip in Japan. I was incredibly lucky to find an established learning support in Sydney, where I learned about camera works, darkroom printing ,and my biggest love – fine art landscape photography," she says.

With a keen interest in taking photos of couples and families, Jori Goh began his photography career during the pandemic, where he took inspiration from Singapore's natural scenes. As restrictions lifted, he shifted towards photographing models before extending his repertoire to couples and families.

Maryann Koh started The Studio Loft almost two decades ago in 2006 when her firstborn was just a few months old. Since she established the business, there has been some fierce competition, but she believes her studio still has the edge. "We were the first to come out with themed mini sessions, and the first to offer outdoor newborn photography. We pivoted to virtual photography during Covid lockdown, and started documentary sessions at the hospital for elder siblings meeting a newborn for the first time when birth photography wasn't allowed."
