“Nursery Pod” is an interconnected indoor and outdoor spaces that inspires inquiry-based learning. Its variety of settings makes up a perfect environment for holistic development and the overall flourishing of every kiddo! The Nursery Pod combines a spacious, beautifully furnished and purposefully equipped indoor spaces filled with natural light, a calm but stimulating playroom, a liberating but safe soft-play room for physical adventuring, an outdoor area for (messy) creativity, challenging climbing equipment, and a natural garden to explore and cherish!

NAS Jakarta fine-tunes its educational offer according to the best educational practices around the world. They combine the UK’s educational standard, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with the Reggio Emilia approach. This results in academically well-rounded but ultimately play-based learning that every child benefits from, no matter their differences and pace of development. Children are innately competent learners who learn most efficiently through experiential play. Combine this with a relationship-driven environment, and play-based learning gives way to a love of life-long learning, and therefore later educational successes!

The lush green of the campus is where they explore, chase butterflies, watch nesting birds, scale climbing frames, construct water channels, learn about and do gardening, and grow through a variety of other activities organized by the Early Years teachers.
