Bidadari Park’s Adventure Playground Is Inspired By Winnie The Pooh

A 5-Metre Treehouse, Zipline, Bird's Nest Pod And Real Wildlife, All Waiting In This Stunning Park

Giant birds nest design at Bidadari Park In Singapore Little Steps

Bidadari Park’s Adventure Playground is one of Singapore’s most beautifully designed free playgrounds. Inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood from the Winnie-the-Pooh books, this 4,500 sqm play space feels like stepping into a storybook. The centrepiece is a 5-metre treehouse built beside a Tembusu tree, featuring climbing nets, a bird’s-nest observation pod, and long slides. A zipline sends kids flying through the air, giving them the feeling of experiencing true flight like the many birds that call this park home.

When the kids are ready for a breather, the park itself has plenty to keep everyone busy. Stroll through the forest trails or learn about the Park’s history on its Heritage Walk, which traces the area’s story from its earliest days to today. More than 5.3 kilometres of paths wind through diverse habitats, including woodlands, grasslands, and marshlands. The 100-metre Woodland Experiential Trail passes under a canopy of mature Tembusu and Weeping Fig trees, while the Rolling Hills area has gravel paths through wildflower meadows. Keep an eye out for blue White Weed and yellow Peanut Plant flowers, which attract butterflies year-round.

Take in the 1.8-hectare lake and look up at the 20-metre nesting tower, designed to attract eagles and other large birds to the area. The park sits along the East Asia-Australasian Flyway, a major migratory bird route, and the hillock area is a known hotspot for spotting migratory species from October to April.

After exploring, Woodleigh Mall is just a short walk away via the link bridge, with restaurants to grab a meal or a drink.
