This cozy hole-in-the-wall was her son Nicholas’ idea—a heartfelt way to keep his mum engaged post-retirement. After mastering the art of espresso using a SG$3K triple-boiler machine, Paulin now serves up to 30 cups daily, delighting everyone from local neighbours to TikTok explorers.

The menu is simple but satisfying, with hot and iced versions of classic favorites, including a SG$3 Babyccino for the little ones. While business is still growing, the vibe is warm, personal, and full of community spirit—like your favourite grandma’s living room, but with better coffee.
