Help Save The Turtles!Although this is not based in KL, it's a fantastic opportunity to introduce kids to the act of volunteering and turtle conservation. Families are welcomed to volunteer at the Bubbles Dive Resort’s Turtle Conservation Experiential Program! As a volunteer, you’ll dive into the world of sea turtles—literally and figuratively—by helping with hatchling releases, patrolling the beach under starry skies, relocating eggs, and keeping the hatchery in top shape. You'll also roll up your sleeves for beach clean-ups, spread the word about turtle conservation to curious guests, and soak up fascinating eco-knowledge along the way. Open to passionate folks aged 18–59 (kids can join with a parent too!), the program usually peaks between July to September, and kicks off at 2pm daily, leaving you plenty of time to chill on the beach or snorkel in the bay. Do A Good Deed For The AnimalsZoo Negara’s KeeperKu Program is an exciting hands-on volunteering experience for students aged 16 and above who are passionate about animals and eager to learn behind the scenes at Malaysia’s national zoo.
