| How early should I arrive? | Try to get there at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to grab your seat. The show starts on time, and you won’t be able to enter once it begins. Tickets are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged. |
| What if I’m late? | If you arrive late, you won’t be allowed in, and there’s no refund. |
| What’s included with my ticket? | Your ticket gets you into a fantastic music concert with LED candles all around! |
| How do I find my seat? | Your seat is in a specific zone based on your ticket. Just show your ticket at the venue, and an usher will guide you to your spot. First-come, first-served within your zone. |
| Do I need to print my ticket? | Nope! Just show your Fever ticket on your phone or in your email when you get to the venue. |
| Can I take photos or videos? | No photos or videos during the show, except for the last song. You can snap away then, but no flash, please! |
| Can I bring my child? | Kids aged 8 and up are welcome! If your child is under 16, they need to be with an adult. |
| Can I leave for the bathroom during the show? | Out of respect for everyone, you can’t leave your seat unless it’s an emergency. |
| Are drinks available? | It varies by venue, but generally, there aren’t any drinks for sale, and food isn’t allowed inside. You can bring water, though! |
| Are refunds allowed? | No refunds, but you can exchange your ticket for another date/time up to 48 hours before the event if there’s availability. Email hello@feverup.com to sort it out. |
| Are the candles safe? | Absolutely! All candles are flameless, so you can enjoy the ambiance without any worries. |
