Celebrating SAF Day: Become A Solider At Singapore Discovery Centre
Program Runs Until June 23. Admission Is Free!

In the lead-up to SAF Day, you can step into the boots of a soldier and learn essential survival skills at the BMT@SDC June holiday programme with Defence Collective Singapore.
This FREE programme runs every day, 11am-6pm from now until June 23, 2024 at the Singapore Discovery Centre. They welcome kids aged 5-15 years and their families!
Wannabe soldiers can take part in the Army Experiential Programme (AEP) and get a taster of an outfield camp experience, which includes putting on camo paint, pitching your own basha tent and sampling soldiers’ MREs (Meal, Ready-to-Eat).
On the Armoured Artisans & Exercise Bootprint, meanwhile, there’s the chance to make your own battle tanks and conquer the battlefield! There’s also a Kids Uniform Photo Op* where children can don camo gear and berets.
There’s plenty more happening too, including a foam blaster challenge, survival obstacle course** and a defence-themed short film screening.
