Etonhouse International School announced record IGCSE and International A-Level results, alongside continued excellence in the Youth Chinese Test (YCT).
At EtonHouse International School Orchard, a non-academically selective school, A-Level graduates achieved outstanding outcomes. Thirty-six percent of grades were awarded A*–A, 55% achieved A*–B, 80% A*-C, and there was a 100% pass rate.
Graduates received offers from top universities worldwide, including prestigious medical, law, and science programmes. These included the University of Toronto, Durham University, King’s College London, the University of Nottingham, the University of Bristol, and the University of Melbourne. One graduate’s story stands out, arriving at EtonHouse with very limited English, he went on to achieve top marks and multiple offers, a testament to perseverance and the strong support of his teachers and peers.
EtonHouse’s IGCSE cohort also delivered record results. Fifty-three percent of grades were awarded A*-A, 91% A*-C (compared to the UK average of 67.4%), and once again there was a 100% pass rate.
At EtonHouse International School Broadrick, students in the award-winning Mandarin Immersion Pathway once again achieved a 100% pass rate in the YCT. Levels 1 to 3 averaged 98%, with over half of students scoring full marks. Level 4, the highest level offered and including a writing component, averaged 78%, with a top score of 96% achieved by a student from Bulgaria. These results reinforce why the programme was named Best Bilingual Programme in Singapore by HoneyKids and WhichSchoolAdvisor in 2024.
For more than 30 years, EtonHouse has offered an internationally recognized pathway of the IB PYP, IGCSE, and International A-Levels. This is enriched by a personalized approach built on strong relationships that celebrates each learner’s individuality, holistic care that emphasises wellbeing while surrounding learners with opportunities and support, and a close-knit community where every child feels safe, valued, and confident to grow.

At EtonHouse, Year 5 and 6 students in the Mandarin Immersion Pathway sat for and passed the YCT Level 4, the highest level of the Youth Chinese Test. This achievement reflects practical communication skills for travel in China and readiness for secondary study. At the same time, students continue to excel in Maths and English, performing on par with peers in the Integrated Curriculum Pathway. EtonHouse is also among the few international schools in Singapore offering International A-Levels.
