The G.R.E.A.T Book Club In Singapore For Kids

A debate club gives children of all abilities a fun way of developing their oracy skills. You can use different activities to help children with their critical thinking and confident communication, for example, a book club! Organized by G.R.E.A.T, this bi-monthly book club is open to children and parents who want to understand how technology such as robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) will impact our world so that we can shape these forces to bring about a more sustainable and more ethical planet. This fun debate and discussion explores the impact of technology on society. In this session, you will be discussing The Hitchhikers’ Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

The discussion will be facilitated by Zara Khanna, who is a strong believer that technology and the arts can come together for the betterment of the world. She also leads a student coding club called G.R.E.A.T. (Girls Resilient, Enterprising, and Amazing at Tech) which reminds girls that they can make influential technological breakthroughs.
